- From your Firestick home screen, navigate to the Search icon (magnifying glass) and search for "IPTV Smarters Pro".
- Download and install IPTV Smarters Pro (free). It's published by WHMCS SMARTERS — make sure you select the correct app.
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro and on the welcome screen, tap "Add New User".
- Select "Login with Xtream Codes API" from the login options.
- Fill in your credentials: Enter your name (any label), server URL (e.g. http://yourserver.com:port), username, and password exactly as received from us.
- Tap "Add User" and wait 30–60 seconds. Your 50,000+ channels load automatically.
- Navigate to "Live TV", then select "Canada" from the category list to find all Canadian channels.
Power users can also install TiviMate on Firestick for a premium EPG experience with recording support. IPTV Setup on Samsung & LG Smart TV
Samsung and LG Smart TVs support IPTV natively through their app stores. No additional hardware is required.
Samsung Smart TV Setup
- Open the Samsung App Store from your TV's home screen.
- Search for "Smart IPTV" and install it (one-time fee may apply).
- Note the MAC address displayed on the Smart IPTV launch screen.
- On a PC or phone, visit the Smart IPTV website and enter your MAC address plus your M3U playlist URL (ask our support team for your M3U URL).
- Restart the Smart IPTV app on your TV. Your channels load automatically.
LG Smart TV Setup
- Open the LG Content Store and search for "SS IPTV" or "Smart IPTV".
- Install the app and launch it.
- Go to Settings → Playlist and enter your M3U URL directly, or select "Xtream Codes" and enter your server, username, and password.
- Save and restart — your channels appear within 60 seconds.
Note: If your Samsung or LG TV doesn't support IPTV apps natively, simply plug in an Amazon Firestick 4K into the HDMI port and follow the Firestick setup above. This is often the better option for 4K streaming performance.

- Open the Google Play Store and install "IPTV Smarters Pro" (free).
- Open the app, tap "Add New User", then "Login with Xtream Codes API".
- Enter your server URL, username, and password. Tap "Add User".

IPTV Setup on iPhone & iPad
iOS devices support IPTV through the App Store. IPTV Smarters Pro is the recommended app and is available directly on the Apple App Store.
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and search for "IPTV Smarters Pro".
- Download and install the app (free).
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro, tap "Add New User", then "Login with Xtream Codes API".
- Enter your server URL, username, and password exactly as received.
- Tap "Add User" and wait for your channels to load. Use the Live TV tab for channels and the VOD tab for movies and series.

IPTV Setup on MAG Box & PC
MAG Box Setup
MAG boxes use a built-in portal system. Contact our support team for your portal URL — setup takes under 2 minutes.
- On your MAG remote, navigate to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
- Enter your Portal URL in Portal 1 (contact our support team via WhatsApp for your MAG portal URL).
- Press OK and reboot the MAG box.
- After reboot, your channel list loads automatically through the portal.
PC / Mac Setup with VLC
- Download and install VLC Media Player (free at videolan.org).
- Open VLC, go to Media → Open Network Stream.
- Enter your M3U URL (contact our support for your M3U URL) and click Play.
- VLC loads your channel list. Browse channels in the playlist window on the left.
Better PC experience: For a more polished PC IPTV experience, IPTV Smarters Pro Web is available through a browser — enter your Xtream Codes credentials and stream directly without installing additional software.
IPTV Setup Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during setup, here are the most common problems and their solutions.
