Problem: 4K channels buffer constantly in my Toronto condo

Solution: Sports channels have higher bitrate streams than standard local channels. This specific pattern typically indicates your connection speed is borderline (25–40 Mbps range). Test your actual speed at fast.com on the specific device. If under 50 Mbps, try: (1) ethernet cable, (2) reducing stream quality to 1080p in TiviMate settings, (3) scheduling a speed upgrade with Rogers/Bell.
Problem: Channels only buffer between 7–10 PM on weeknights
Solution: This is building congestion — everyone in your condo is streaming simultaneously after work. This is a building-wide infrastructure problem, not your IPTV service. Short-term: use ethernet (it is less affected than Wi-Fi by building congestion). Long-term: speak to your building management about upgrading the building's internet infrastructure, or consider switching to a Rogers/Bell plan with traffic priority guarantees.
Problem: TiviMate says "Loading..." and channels never play
Solution: Usually a credential issue. Double-check your server URL (must include http:// and port number like :8080), username (case-sensitive), and password (case-sensitive). Copy-paste them from the WhatsApp message instead of typing. If credentials are correct, the issue may be temporary server maintenance — try again in 15–30 minutes or contact IPTV Canada 4K via WhatsApp.
Problem: IPTV app is not available in my country's App Store
Solution: If TiviMate is not in your regional Amazon/Google Play store, sideload the APK using the Downloader method described in the Firestick guide above.
